I was so bummed to turn on Peacock today and see that they are running Real Housewives of London. Who cares?? We literally had the most vivacious, fun, funny, fashionable cast ever with the Ladies of London: New Reign! Why dump any money into this when they “paused” our beloved show? Ugh!!! 😑
I switched from Sema to Reta. This will be week 6 on Reta, just started 4mg last week. I have not lost any weight AT ALL. I kept hearing how Reta was so much more powerful than Sema so what gives? The highest dose I was on for Sema was 2.5. I know they’re different medications but the thought of possibly having to go up even MORE than 4mg seems crazy. I currently weigh 158 lbs. I was at 144 on Sema at my lowest, started trying to titrate down then ran out. I gained to 158, started Reta, here I am. Should I keep going on Reta? Just bite the bullet and increase the dose? Any advice is much appreciated.
injected Thursday night and yesterday I noticed there was redness and itching and swelling starting. It's even worse this morning. This has not happened in my stomach and I'm really wondering if this has something to do with having lipedema in my thighs. Maybe sounds crazy but I feel like somehow the medication gets trapped in the connective tissue? I don't even know if that's possible. And yes, I totally sanitize before the injection, very careful about that. I hope this goes away! Has this happened to anyone?
