Would removing player positions hurt or benefit the game?
We’re seeing so many more players coming through that play more than 1 position, and players that can be rotated across the front, middle or back third are becoming more desired in real life. Now EA probably wouldn’t do it for the same reason they wouldn’t get rid of playstyles, to market promos and make them more desirable.
But how would this affect your own squad building, for competitiveness with the meta or simply having fun with creative lineups if you could play anyone anywhere?
