Unsure what this guy is just fished out cleaning out some overgrowth. Any thoughts? Usual places Seek and Google Lens not getting it

I live in a terrace house and have done a lot of work on the garden. Next door is a landlord who rents out and no one ever uses the garden.

I was thinking of offering 5k to buy half the garden and change the fences. Would be incredible for me.

Has anyone ever done anything like this before? Unsure if they would even entertain such a thing but imagine they might do.

Dug the pond in April last year and it's doing really well.

4 frogs have found it although no spawn this year. Damselfly Larvae in there, Diving Beetle Larvae and other micro stuff.

Wish I had more space to dig another!
