Fedora KDE launching apps from Folder view widget

I just switched to Fedora from CachyOS but I have some frustrations. The main one that I'm currently trying to solve is launching apps from the folderview widget.

On Cachy I have the same setup and I just have to double click an app and it opens.

On fedora I double click an app and I get a window asking "What do you wish to do with this file? Open with Kate, Launch, Cancel" I click launch and it launches.

But this is very frustration to have to click 3 times just to open an app. Why am I getting this behavior on Fedora but not on Cachy?

How do I solve this?

Screen keeps going black.

I'm on Cachy OS. Everything up to date. Kernel 7.1.3-2, KDE Plasma 6.7.2. Everything was working fine until we moved house (we only moved next door so not a major move). The main thing that is different now than before is I now have 3 monitors. 1 connected via HDMI that is only in use when Im in Bed and the other 2 monitors are connected via DisplayPort. Both monitors are using the same cables as before as they where labelled. Monitor 1 regularly blacks out for no apparent reason. Its intermittent. I dont know where to start troubleshooting. I dont know if this is a hardware issue or a software one. Im suspecting something to do with having a 3rd Monitor connected. Anyone have any clues as to what steps to try?

Everyone pissed about uBlock Origin but Im pissed about Tampermonkey.

I can find alternatives for uBlock. I beleive the Lite version is probably good enough But I use Tampermonkey scripts and I cant live without them.

How do I install the new KDE 6.7 themes?

Ive found Oxygen but im still looking for Air. WHat is the package name? Is there a meta package that installs all the default kde stuff?

EDIT: I figured it out. Its all part of the Oxygen package. Of course oxygen .... air, same thing.
