genuinely, this university has been such a mess that I am unable to form a proper opinion even after MONTHS of looking into it. for the bachelor students at polimi, has your experience there been worthwhile? is it worth the costs?

Is the civil engineering bachelor a first come,first serve type deal or do they accept anyone with a good enough score? also,can you apply to the new English bachelor programs if you already applied to the civil eng one?
