BEENOS / Mercari Japan question
My package is saying it was delivered to a customer. yesterday but I have not received it. Address is right and everything, I’ve contacted Mercari and ECMS. I’ve heard people say ECMS just delivers it to the warehouse and marks it delivered then hands it off to another courier, is that true?
