DO NOT GO TO Grand Palladium Cancun

Hi after our 1st night ge got our credit card cloned, we even went to the lobby to ask for that charge amount, and they say it was not from the hotel...

So imagine if you didn't bring another form of pay you are screwed..

2nd day we when back we had another charge from the hotel, same thing they are saying not from them...

We didn't used the anywhere else, because we only stay there..

So we have to call our bank and do all the process to cancel the card etc etc.

Long short story its sad to see such a big corporation and decided to go to one of their places and this happened.

So F...... Grand Palladium Cancun DO NOT GO!
