Height journey advice?

( 1st pic Dad on far left 5 7, Mom middle left 5 4, aunty middle right 5 5 ish, uncle (Mom's side) far right is super tall but idk his exact height tho)

(2nd pic Mom on left 5'4, Dad on right 5'7, Mom's Grandfather 6 ish accounting for posture)

Late Growth till 23 n 25 runs in the family

In fact my Mom's Grandfather, I think even her great grandfather, Moms cousins (my uncles), etc all grew after high school and the uncles grew till 23 and 25 (uncle in 1st pic grew till 23)

I'm in that 5 8 5 9 range right now at 20 n my Mom said that's where my Uncles were at that age who ended up to be very tall (1st pic far right)

It was predicted that me n bro would reach around the 5 10 5 11 range as grown ups back when we were kids

I recently grew at 20 from like 5 6 to 5 8 5 9 ish where I am now (prob was fast catch up growth because my high school years had bad habits)

Nowadays I get good exercise good nutrition but I struggle with sleep and I wake up in the middle of the night and sometimes it's hard for me to sleep because of mind racing etc

I recently got a weighted blanket and its been helping

What else should I do to maximize growth and reach my potential?

Misconceptions Abt the Vedas in the Sikh Community

(I'm Sikh & part Panjabi part Afghan/Persian so I have researched Abt the Vedas, Quran, Dharmik Texts, and greater Indo Aryan Faiths as my fam was also mixed wit Islam/Sufi Religion and Dharmik Faiths like Sikhi, Bhakti, and Hinduism growing up)

Contrary to a widespread misconception in the modern Sikh community - the Vedas r NOT Hindu texts and were made before Hinduism started. The Vedas and Vaidik Era Texts like Upanishads and others belong to the Historic Vaidik Religion which was part of the bigger Indo European Aryan Faith Group and had nothing to do with Hinduism And the later texts like Puranas, Dharmashastras (Manusmriti etc), etc. the Vedas is more related with Zoroastrianism, Scythian Religion, etc. and believe it or not the Vedas r closer to the Quran then modern day Hinduism. and what we call as Hinduism today is only 10% Aryan/Vaidik and 90% a mix of local Traditions and Nastik/Sramana (Buddhist/Jain/Ajivika) Practices. Hinduism started after the end of the Vaidik Period and after the rise of the Sramanas.

Most of the Practices of the Vedas r literally opposite of Hindus today. The Vedas allow beef, ban idol worship, have only one Formless God, ask to keep uncut hair and even Turbans, be Warriors, and ban Caste/racial discrimination

(Jus like Sikhi)

This is why movements the Slavic Vedic Revival and even Indian Movements like Arya Samaj got created to revive Vaidik Rationalism and remove the mistakes of the Puranas and Dharmashastras like Manusmriti.

But on tiktok reddit etc it hurts me seeing how most Sikhs today jus believe that the Vedas is just another "Hindu' text full of "Barma Bisan Mahesh" and "Jaati" (these concepts didn't exist at that time) or think that believing in the Vedas makes someone a "Hindu" when Hinduism wasn't even started until the Gupta period after the end of the Vaidik Period.

It also pains me to see that some ethnic Panjabi Sikhs will say that since they "came from the Scythians" they are pure foreigners and have no relation to the "Indian" Vedas or Rituals like Havans when the Scythian Religion specifically was a Indo Iranic Branch of the greater Indo European Aryan Faith and because of the Scythians being a Aryan Culture their Religion was too so it was directly related to Avesta and the Vedas and the Scythians even had their own Fire Rituals as well. The greater Indo European Aryan Faiths stretched from Europe, Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, Northern India, and even North West China

Sikh literally means learner so it's important for us to stay historically and factually accurate as Sikhi is Giaan Marg and not jus Bhakti Marg as the Gurus themselves knew history of the world
