Battlefield Addiction Sexual & Physical Abuse

I wanted to make you guys aware of a group that operates out of Kent/Seattle area ran by Arthur and Angie Dahlen that is allegedly defrauding victims of homelessness as well as allegedly having sexually and physically abused hundreds of people seeking help. This has allegedly been going on for a long time now and they’re seeming to get more empowered by it. They allegedly run a fraud call center as well with probably 40% or more of the homeless people they bring in then being recycled into this call center where they convince people to open up credit cards over the phone and then invest in life saving opportunities which they massively oversell claiming they will create financial freedom for their clients then most of the time never fulfilling any of the services they are contractually required to fulfill. They have shut down and reopened numerous times but no one has gone to jail. Art Dahlen pretends to help people but allegedly has been personally responsible for over 30 deaths inside his homes and no one has batted an eye. Arthur Dahlen and Angie Dahlen both allegedly make sexual comments about all of their patients and run battlefield addiction and rebuild recovery like brothels. They have also allegedly been known to buy drugs for a number of patients there.
Question… why isn’t anyone doing anything about battlefield addiction? These people allegedly have massive amounts of blood on their hands.
