House cleaning
Hi neighbors! We’re a small family-owned cleaning team and will have more openings opening up toward the middle of June 🙂 Perfect timing for anyone moving in or out during summer transitions.
We specialize in:
• Home cleaning
• Deep cleans & move-outs
• Decluttering & organizing
• Garage clean outs
• Yard mess clean up
• Move-in / staging prep
We’ve been growing a lot through word of mouth and local referrals, so you’ll probably start seeing our name around Burien and surrounding areas more as time goes on 🙂 We recently just partnered up with a local little league based off Burien ❤️
Our reviews are posted down below and we truly appreciate all the support from the community. We’re not a giant company, just a hardworking local family team that cares a lot about detail, communication, and helping people reset their spaces.

What’s going on with St. Anne’s medical center?
Does anyone know what’s going on with Saint Anne’s Medical Center right now? Are they having staffing issues or management issues or something? Because I was supposed to give birth there but they turned me away due to being over capacity, even though they told me as I was receiving care from them throughout my pregnancy, that they have a much better mother to bed ratio than the surrounding hospitals, and now I’m hearing from other people that other labor and delivery staff are quitting in droves.
Anyone got the inside scoop?
Found Dog
Do you recognize this dog? She followed my dog and I home from Hazel Valley park. We couldn’t find anyone who recognizes her. UPDATE: She has been taken to Burien Cares

publicola.comBoulevard Park rezoning would destroy 264 homes—help stop it
Our neighborhood in Burien is facing industrial rezoning that would eliminate residential zoning and permanently transform 264 homes into an industrial corridor. This isn't just about zoning—it's about protecting families, property rights, and the quiet community we've built.
The city calls us an "opportunity zone" because our land isn't making them enough money. But this rezoning would trap homeowners: devalued properties, lenders unwilling to finance homes in industrial zones, impossible to sell without accepting developer lowball offers. Meanwhile, property taxes would likely spike while home values plummet.
I started a petition because this feels like a deliberate erasure of a working community. We've got key dates ahead—Planning Commission hearings start June 10, with a City Council vote on the ordinance coming in October. If you live in Burien or care about neighborhoods being sacrificed for tax revenue, would you consider signing and sharing this? Anyone else dealing with similar rezoning pressure in your area—how did your community respond?
Alterations
This is a long shot but I figured I’d try anyway. Does anyone know a woman who does alterations on wedding dresses and she runs her business out of her house. If I can remember correctly, she lived near Highline highschool. She altered my wedding dress 14 years ago and did an amazing job. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding coming up and need another dress altered but I can’t find her anywhere.
Boulevard Park
Can anyone comment on this neighborhood? I see a house listed in this area for a reasonable price but have concerns about noise from overhead airplanes. also anything I should know about this area?

Help me recover my lost bike
Hi I’m seeking to find my lost Kona mountain bike that frickin fell off my bike rack yesterday morning (Saturday) in Burien. I didn’t discover it had fallen off until I stopped in Seattle, but I think it was on or near 146th, before I got onto the 509. If anyone happened to hear about someone finding a dark blue large Kona mountain bike laying in the middle of the road then I’d really appreciate letting me know. I was sure I secured the bike on the rack but obviously I failed. Thanks for any help or info
