Which of These Supplements Would You Keep and Which Would You Drop?

I'm currently taking the following supplements:

- Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/Day
- Thorne Super EPA
- Thorne Magnesium Bisglycinate
- Thorne NiaCel 400 (NR)
- Thorne Whey Protein Isolate

My goals are:
- Fat loss (currently around 100 kg, targeting 80 kg)
- Preserving muscle while dieting
- Better recovery and sleep
- Overall health

For those with experience, which of these supplements are actually worth keeping, and which are unnecessary? Would you add anything else for someone doing cardio and weight training while following a keto diet?
