I am required to submit my papers from my home country with apostille. However, Philippines do not issue paper apostille for the specific documents I need to submit. We now have e-apostille where they send it to you by email and it has QR code that authorities can scan and verify.

Do Albanian government offices accept e-apostille? My problem is, it is stated in the document that if I print it, it will be invalid. So I’m scared that if I print it and send that one Albanian authorities will not accept.

So now I don’t know what to do. Anyone have experience with this please enlighten me🥹🙏🏽

My Albanian partner is preparing his documents to marry in my home country.

Local Albanian consulate in my country says he needs to provide an apostilled Certificate of No Marriage or Certificate of Single Status. It’s like a document proving he is free to marry.

Google has mixed answers. In e-albania, we cant seem to see the section for this. Where do we get this exactly?
