I got a job offer. But i feel hesitant on this as I will be locked up in a contract with low-ballers. Now I wanted to know, what happens if I dont show up after sending the Signed offer letter and documents to them? Will they sue me?

I just got laid off and in dire need of getting a new job. This company just gave me 15 days as a notice period. As they cannot find what would fit my skills in their company. Previously they were in need of a customer supoirt rep but things changed when the war started. Now they were struggling and needs to get people offboarded.
I have 9 years experience of Customer Service but not in Dubai, Fluent in english and 3 years of that experience is on a managerial/supervisory role.
