How to report a TM?
For context, I have been with my current TM for over 7 months now, and I am genuinely getting fed up with him, it could be pettiness, just unnecessary hate, etc .. but there are reasons why.
To start with, he is incompetent, how can you be a Team Leader for SSG when you do not know the procedures yourself, ask us which us we looked at, and then look with us because you have no idea?
The informations given are genuinely useless as well, I remember him trying to explain the criterias fir the Apple products campaigns a few months back, he genuinely believed that a client is eligible ONLY when he completes all the criterias within that ONE month, and it cannot be done over multiple.
I have been having tech issues with apps, and then I get coaching sessions complaining that I transferred the call to another colleagues bc of that, and then he realizes he didn’t look into the actual call for what happened.
Let’s not talk about the team meetings, coachings etc .. genuinely useless, he has no professionalism, is very sexist, downplays women a lot, such as « women are usually average and do not excel in certain skills at work »
It is just unbearable, is it something that I can report to HR? I was planning to quit soon because his behaviour is just too unprofessional.
