My son has been a terrible sleeper since he was born. I thought it was all due to digestive discomfort but now he is 9 months, and he sleep is getting EVEN worse. He is so restless. Wakes every hour at night, and rarely naps longer than 40 mins. He so tired with dark circles and so restless at the same time.
I cannot eat beef due to his mspi so I’m wondering if he could have low iron levels. Anyone have experience with this?
