Hello ladies, I need your help kidogo

So I've been having this smell in my p*ssy, it's not a fishy smell but rather a strong smell to what I'm used to.

Ik it's not an UTI or yeast infection. The discharge is whitish kinda okay. I went to a chemist explained my situation and they gave me some pessaries, zingine za reddish and white idk called clo sth but they didn't help with my issue. So my beautiful ladies, what can you advice? Is it a hormonal thing or what?
