Wild experience
So, i woke at like 4am then went back to sleep at like 6h30, when i was sleeping i was still having a convo with myself in my head so was trying to let the body sleep and the mind wonder, i began to see a dream so i could hear but i didnlt see my body and wasnlt talking. It was like still having internal monologue in the dream but i knew i was dreaming. After in the same dream i taught of a random room instantly i got transported to it , i woke up in that room like i was actually seeing it not thinking about, my mind was awake but i knew my body wasnlt so i got scared/stress i began to hear loud siren with pulses and see images flow by, i tried ro wake up and open my eyes but i was paralyse i kept trying the hardest i could then i finally woke up at like 7h10.
When my mind was i that room i question who i was hecause i could feel my body sleeping but i was awake
