i've had fissures for over 3 years now. started getting to a point where i couldn't sit so i finally saw a colorectal specialist. prescriped nifedipine and told to increase fiber intake and drink plenty of water. no more bleeding with bowel movements but now i've found i have blood in my underwear randomly, which was never an issue before using this nifedipine cream. i don't know if this is normal or not. anyone else experience this?
