I’ve been thinking of getting a Surron or a Talaria, but they go wayyy over the 750 Watt limit and 28mph cap. However, I do see these bikes frequently around South Minneapolis and pass by police with no issue. Do the police really just not care about the legality of these bikes? I know in places like Tonka my friends got no problems with the police there, but last thing I want is to drop 5k on something I can’t use.
