My four day old is being exclusively breastfed and I’m literally sleeping like three hours a day. I am so tired but I can’t sleep in such short increments. Can my husband give him one bottle of formula a day so I can just take one longer sleep. I’ve seen a few lactation consultants throughout pregnancy and they make it seem like formula is terrible but I can’t live like this anymore I’m so tired.
