Hi, I am noticing multiple social media posts about Ariana grande’s tour and how the venues are not accepting securemypass as a valid ticket for this tour. There’s a few people who said they’ve been denied entry to moody center because they had a securemypass ticket.

I’m really concerned because I bought a ticket to Ariana’s Brooklyn show at Barclays and received a securemypass ticket. Someone who was denied entry said that SeatGeek was horrible with to deal with and did not provide them with replacement tickets and is delaying their refund for at least a week. I spent almost $2K on this ticket so I absolutely need this refunded if I am denied entry.

Has anyone had experience using securemypass specifically at the Barclays center in Brooklyn or getting refunded by SeatGeek for denied entry?

I’m not sure if this is just someone who looks like they’re in doctor’s clothing or if this is a real doctor but if it is a real doctor I would not be surprised at all. Fans at first thought she was part of the show but none of the dancers were dressed like that
