My wife doesn’t eat seafood. Sunday she left the country for a monthlong work trip; on my way home from the airport I stopped and grabbed a 9-pack of salmon filets from Costco.

She normally cooks so it took me a minute… but I think I’m finally making some damn good fish. Best-by date is today so I stuck the last three in the oven… and now I suppose I need to find something else to make. Miss her like hell; she's so great at coming up with fun dinner ideas.
