Oppo Find X9 users

Hello everyone. I am currently waiting on my Oppo Find X9 Ultra to arrive, but I am starting to have some concerns.

First of all, most of the reviews out there, mostly talk about the camera. I am wondering what it is like to use it every day.

Now I am using a Sony Xperia 1V, flagship specs, super camera etc. It was looking perfect on papers. But I am very disappointed.

Some pixels have "burnt" and you can notice some "ghost" icons, especially when on bright screens. Many bugs, the camera on 3rd party apps like Instagram, WhatsApp, messenger are not working properly, video calling is real struggle after 7-8 minutes as the phone overheats and lags. And much more.

So, I now want to be somewhat sure that I don't make the same mistake as I can still cancel the order.

Again, most of the reviews showcase the cameras (which many people complain about, especially for the chromatic aberration), so I would like to know what it feels like actually using the phone and not just the cameras.

Appreciate any advice.

We all know the S26 Ultra is crushing benchmarks (3.9M on AnTuTu is insane), but I’m wondering if that power actually translates to a better experience than the Find X9 Pro.

The Oppo seems to have better thermals and much faster charging (80W vs 60W), while the Samsung has the "for Galaxy" Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

I'm a heavy user. lots of multitasking and camera usage. Should I chase the raw performance of the Ultra, or is the Find X9 Pro’s "real world" kit (huge battery + faster charging) the smarter move in 2026?

Curious to hear from anyone who has switched from One UI to ColorOS recently.
