How did I miss this feature

A google search bar below the dock?? in stock OS? Love you can customize the bar to add "actions" like Find Song

Found it because I wanted to remove the "search and find" pill that morphs between page indicator and search. But then it controlled a google search bar instead.

EDIT: HOW TO

Long press home screen > home screen settings > scroll a bit down to "show search in the bottom" > toggle on > press new menu point below > customize it

Im on a X9 Ultra, CPH2841_16.0.9.403

best camera + video phone: OPPO Find X9 (Pro) vs iPhone 17 Pro vs anything else?

Looking to buy during the upcoming Amazon Great Indian Festival / Flipkart Big Billion Days

Priority: camera and video quality above everything else. Photography + some video work, not just casual shots.

If there's something else in this price range with genuinely better camera/video than these two — Vivo X300 Pro, Samsung, whatever — happy to hear it. Not attached to a brand, just want the best actual camera system I can get under one lack during the bbd or Amazon Great Indian Festival

Worried about updates

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a Find X9 (base) and wanted to ask about software updates and their effects.

These days, companies often release updates that affect performance, camera quality, or battery backup.

I can't say for certain whether this is intentional or not, but it does seem to happen.

Since many of you have been using these devices since launch.

I wanted to ask: should I update to the latest version once I set it up, or should I hold off?

I'm planning to turn off automatic updates right after the initial setup.

You observed something degraded after you bought the device and updated it till now?

Would appreciate your thoughts and experiences.

Ordered Oppo X9 for INR 63000

It usually showed out of stock on Flipkart, but today I found 1 piece was available so I ordered it!

Any x9 owners please share your experience with the phone?

Did I get a good deal or should I cancel this ?

Got a new X9s but skeptical about price

Acquired for 67.5k (700 USD) from a friend's shop with cc discount. Tried in Croma and other shops but it was 72k. Got a free earbuds gift too , but what's the going price right now? Did I overpay!?

Please help me choosing between this phones and experience using them

My main concern is : 1. Good camera, sometimes like doing astrophotography casually but looking for nice selfie bcs I want to take nice photo for my family. 2. chipset wise that can stand for future 5 years. I dont look for absolute gaming performance but better chipset is better to withstand future demand. 3. Battery at minimum 5000, more is better. 4.Cleaner OS minimum bloatware/ads but even if they had them I can disabled it all permanently. 5.Good tools for editing like AI tools for remove object etc

my current phone is poco x3 nfc so I want better performance and this time as I said before better camera bcs poco camera's is... well. My sibling had Poco F7 12/516 and the camera doesn't feel nice enough. Other sibling had samsung A55 camera wise still not nice enough and both of them AI photo edit wise is still not great.

My candidates based on budget, all of them 8/256 I also attach budget wise variant.

  1. Oppo Reno 15 or 16 F (Look nice for selfie and camera is great but chipset wise kind of deterring for years of usage)

  2. Iqoo 15R, or Neo 10 and Z11 due to budget wise (chipset is great, but camera I'm not sure. Might drop them if the camera and AI tools quality is same as Poco F7)

  3. Vivoo V70, or V79 FE preferable due to budget wise (Seems all rounder?I 'm not sure)

  4. Realme 16 Pro (Haven't try this on so I only out this here base on price wise)

  5. Xiaomi 17T or 15T (Curious.Os might bloated as heck but I'm okay for a bit work to debloat)

Can anyone here kindly told their experience using these phones? I would like to hear it. I might buy in another 2-5 months. Phone prices is crazy right now.

Got this for €150 and I want to sell to make some money on it. The problem is the more i use it the more i love it. İ work out daily and I've been loving having a smart watch around. Do you guys think it's a good idea to keep it around?

I think this is my final case

Finally a case that I fully like!

Slim enough and very grippy and comfortable to hold.

The magnet is pretty strong, too!

New Find X9 Ultra user

I switched to the Oppo find X9 ultra in july (India). Coming from a history of pixels this phone feels amazing.

I recently noticed people posting on twitter about the august update in their find x9's. I still haven't received this update and am not sure if this is an issue on my end or the roll out is very irregular.

Also if you have any tips for a new oppo user please let me know, looking forward to discovering more amazing things about this beast !

Best smartwatch companion for Oppo Find series with high accuracy GPS, Strava, Spotify, and NFC?

Hey everyone! I'm currently using an Oppo Find series phone and looking for a compatible smartwatch recommendation.

My key requirements are:

  1. High GPS Accuracy: For tracking outdoor runs/activities accurately (dual-frequency preferred).

  2. Apps: Native Strava integration and standalone Spotify (with offline download support so I can leave the phone behind).

  3. Connectivity & NFC: NFC for contactless payments (Google Wallet) and smooth pairing with Android/Oppo.

  4. Ecosystem: Good software harmony with Colors.

  5. should connect to google fitbit or something oppo offers so give me data on my run and workouts and should be able to transfer to strava if possible as i hate to run with my phone in my hand or packet

I've been looking at the Oppo Watch X , watch s also looks good since it runs Wear OS and has dual-band GPS, but I'm open to other reliable options (like Garmin or Samsung) if they work well with Oppo phones. but also Samsung does a good work so What are you guys using or recommending?

Got my sexy baby

Review after a week use

Battery - Loved it, I charge once when sleeping and have been using my phone all day. Never have to charge again

Camera - Beautiful, crisp and very clear. A friend of mine bought S25 ultra and I found the pictures from Oppo Find X9 better. Though Portraits I felt S25 Ultra did better. Selfie camera is good but not the best.

Color - O my God, I love it.

OS - Extremely smooth till now

Price - Bought it for 62k INR from Tata Croma.
