What kind of dandruff is this.

Left: Before shampoo. Right: After Anti dandruff shampoo.

I have been suffering from an itchy scalp for so long and it's so much worse that even my ears feel stuffed and itchy and I find the same oil substance from my ears. I have been to a dermatologist and they have diagnosed this as seb derm but I don't have any flakes or skales or even redness. All I find when I scrap my scalp is this oily substance and sometimes it's not so much oily then it looks like a grainy substance. I have also gone bald several times and visible I couldn't find any flakes or dandruff, it's just loads and loads of oil, head full of shine. Does anyone have any idea about this type of dandruff. I need help cause this is severely disturbing my life. My mental functionality in a day depends upon the level of ear and headache I get and if it's severe, I cannot think or do anything.

So far, I have used the following:

Dermacure Ketoclenz shampoo

Dermacure Anarise shampoo

Clobetasol propionate and salicylic Acid solution

Scalp plus shampoo

MCT oil (c8/c10)

Headphones for someone with dandruff

Long story short I have a massive dandruff problem, I am not exactly sure what it is, what type of dandruff it is, but my ears always feel stuffed and sound like rice grain when I blow my ears. I have visited a dermatologist and they say it's a type of seb derm in (hair + ears) and there is no absolute cure for it, just maintenance. I have had this for many years. So I have stopped using headphones/earphones altogether. I just use the old wired samsung samsung ehs64 in emergency cases, cause it's the only earphones which does not make me lose sleep to ear issues after using it but it still gives me earache. But I am in need of headphones/earphones for work as I work from office and attending calls on speaker or moving to different place for calls is no option I also want one to use as my daily driver, cause I am preparing for a job switch and as I live in a shared accommodation, having speakers on for my preparation all the time is not possible and it's very hard to concentrate. I am looking into many open designs and I am not sure what to opt for.

I have considered the bone conduction headphones, I have tried out the openrun at a store here in india, but the vibrations felt weird, and I am Afraid they might give me the same kind of headaches I feel from dandruffs. I have used the soundcore v20i and v30i and initially they felt great. But after continuous use for some time, I think they are pushing the dandruff more inside my ears which is making it worse. So I am totally lost here. I am not sure about which headphones/earphones to get. I have looked into the shokz open run pro 2's, but they are not available offline in india. So I can't try them out beforehand and there is no return policy for these items on any online websites. So I am turning to the reddit community for help. Please anyone with similar issues like mine, please share your experience and any recommendations for headphones/earphones.

Thank you very much to anyone who replies to this.

Bone conduction in india?

Hi Everyone,

So I recently came across the bone conduction headphones and wanted to try them out before going for the purchase. I have tried at multiple stores in my city and couldn't find any physical unit available. The only place listing them is online in India are on Amazon or reliance digital websites etc. is there any other way I can physically try them out before purchasing. I have recently visited the one store called 'bike affair's which is a fitness store and they had the openrun version for the demo, but the vibrations felt weird. They suggested going for openrun pro 2 which has less vibrations but I am not sure before trying them out and couldn't find any place to try them beforehand, so I am posting this here, Any suggestions or your reviews for the product will help me very much.

Thanks in Advance, I hope this reaches the right people.
