I Spent Months Building a Beautiful “Flighty for Trains” App 🚄

Just shipped a massive update to RailLog — my iOS app for train travelers 🚄

Think “Flighty for trains”, but focused on rail travel.

The whole app was rebuilt with a new liquid-glass inspired design, live train tracking, trip history, stats, disruptions, maps, operator logos, travel insights, etc.

Here’s a short preview video of the new version.

Supports Amtrak + European operators right now. Live trains, drive the train (POV mode), route calculation, and more ..

Would genuinely love feedback from frequent rail travelers here 👀

RailLog - Your train passport

Been working nights/weekends on this for months:

RailLog — a “Flighty for trains” app 🚄

Just released a huge redesign update:

  • liquid-glass inspired UI
  • live train tracking
  • personal train passport
  • stats & travel history
  • disruption monitoring
  • beautiful maps/timelines

Started because I travel a lot by train and couldn’t find an app that made rail travel feel premium

Would love honest feedback from fellow builders 🙌
