High preeclamspia risk - total freak out.
I just recieved all my results from 1st trimester scan. I'm 13 weeks today. I'm super scared because I'm taking 150 mg of aspirin since ovulation and my results are still bad. I tried to talk to the doctor (not my doctor just the one that gave me the results) if aspirin in that case is enough since I take from the start. I have appointment with my OB on Tuesday. For now everyone keeps telling me I should continue aspirin but I feel like they should give me heparin. I also fave PAI-1 4G/4G homozygote mutation - that's why I was prescribed aspirin in a first place.
Here are my results:
Left uterine artery: PI 2,49, RI 0,86
Right uterine artery: PI 3,125 RI 0,95
PLGF: 16,6 pg/ml - that scares me the most
Preeclampsia risk before 37 weeks: 1:51
Growth restriction before 37 weeks: 1:15
I'm super stressed and don't know how to make it to Tuesday. What do you think? Anyone with similar results and happy ending? What where you prescribed?
