Is Premium Processing for H1B worth it (5 months since H1B filed)

Hi, My H1B got picked this year and it was filed early May. It has been 5 months and I have not gotten the approval yet. The official USCIS site says application is being processed. But average time is supposed to be 10 months, I see posts around H1B approvals and I wondering if the 10 months wait period is average?for a I am evaluating if I should pay for premium processing.

For folks in similar timeline and who didn't file for premium processing, are you getting approvals? Is it recommended to file premium processing to avoid uncertainities?

Going back in dialator progress :(

I'm was on 4th dilator of bliss comfort set. The issue I'm facing is that from the last few tries I'm not able to get the dilator number 3 in. In fact, I was not even able to get dilator 2 in for a few tries. And the last couple of tries, I am able to get number 2 in now, but still can't get 3 in and I was on number 4 like a month back and was able to easily slide number 3 few times.

I don't understand how can that happen?
Anyone else faces similar issue? Any tips to move forward?
