I worked as an intern for a couple of months until i got offered a role as an part timer. But behind the companies back ive been looking for an exit and ive now finally got past the first interview but i have an dilemma. They are asking for an referral and for me to prove my time with the company. Is there any hope in asking managment to chime in with a good word and hand me a copy of my contract? My gut tells me no but this is my only work expeirence so far.
