Pick and Drop Event (A new Player Guide)
Alright, here we go again. With the influx of new players I’m already seeing some complaints about this event. You need a ton of recruits to earn mission rewards, people blowing through red chips without a single elite etc.
I’ll start with this, this event is phenomenal if you have patience, same with most of the “pick” events. DO NOT BLOW THROUGH ALL OF YOUR RED CHIPS RIGHT AWAY unless you’ve got money to blow.
The free refreshes are every 10 minute, save for Thragg, 3x Damian, or elites that you want from the pool Nothing els!
Single Damians arn’t worth it not even for the missions. Remember, there’s no Trophy road this event and you have 3 days to level up the shop.
If you have gems saved the 1600 packs are the best value SO FAR. If you plan on using a lot of gems buy them, the stock will likely reset tonight so you can buy them again.
As always, be smart with gem usage, sometimes they add better value packs day 2 after everyone blew through theirs. So if you have less than ~4k gems saved it’s smarter to wait.
If you’re a Thragg fan this is your event. Months ago when Thrag dropped and the vets were were telling everyone to have patience, that there will be better events… this is a better event. 1% Thragg chance at shop 10 with a 10min free refreshes, and refreshes every recruit is big.
Damian recruitments outside of the event shop don’t count for the mission rewards. Save your multiverse/lab chips.
