Just shaved my beard for the first time in a long time and noticed these bumps all over my neck and jaw area. I have Alopecia areata so now I’m wondering if alopecia can somehow cause this too or it’s related to something else that I should worry about?

I’ve genuinely never had these before. Has anyone else with alopecia experienced this after shaving? not looking for diagnosis but just curious if anyone ever had this and what did it end up being?
