My company allows employees to showcase their art in a gallery they set up near the cafe. Twice a year, they select a theme that aligns with the company’s values. The current gallery theme is “Deliver Excellence.”

While I tried to avoid being overly literal, I was also inspired by some of the patient speakers from town halls. Several of them have expressed that when they receive their results from our tests it gives them hope. Therefore, I felt that this piece effectively conveys the idea that by living the value of “Deliver Excellence,” we bring hope to patients seeking answers.
