Mirena removal positive stories

I got my Mirena removed yesterday after 9.5 years (same one). Not sure if it makes a difference but my periods had returned monthly, although very light and I had a scan showing I was ovulating 6 months ago.

Anyway, removal was painless and I’ve had no cramping really and light bleeding but I’ve got myself so insanely worked up around the crash (only the anxiety side effect), I’m causing anxiety and not sleeping. I struggle with feeling out of control and I don’t know how to cope to be honest with the prospect of anxiety from the crash (I used to have a very severe anxiety disorder).

Any positive stories, things to look out for, advice, literally anything to keep me focused would be so appreciated

70.3 sock suggestions

My husband is about to complete his first 70.3 and it’s his birthday soon, so I wanted to get him some good quality socks. However, I’m stuck on what are good ones? I don’t do triathlons myself, so I have no clue.

I looked at the Swiftwick Aspire 7s as they came up a lot but they’re completely out of stock in his size in the only place I can find that sells them in the UK.

Any suggestions would be so appreciated
