How much weight did you lose in the first 3 months?
While I do understand everyone’s experiences are completely different, I am curious to know. Sometimes I feel like I’m not making much progress and am constantly stalling in my weight loss. I’m 3 months in and I’ve lost 16 pounds.
I’m a 5’7” Female. I do have PCOS/PMOS and insulin resistance.
