I’m getting a bilateral pars injection tomorrow and I’m really nervous, any advice?

Obviously it depends on the specifics of the reason for the revision and people are different but I’m getting revision surgery (replacing rods, removing 7 screws, and putting some hooks in) and I just want to know how bad it’ll be compared to my initial T4-L4 fusion for scoliosis
