My daughter has playing alto for 5 years with a cheap entry level instrument we bought her on Amazon when she was 10. She is studying music at school and I feel she needs an upgrade. My wife feels that spending a lot of money is unnecessary. I feel that if she’s going to continue past the next 2 or 3 years of school, she needs a decent instrument. Any advice on how much I need to spend for a worthwhile investment, and what models I might be looking at? Thanks in advance. xx
