3ish months of progress

Two pregnancies sort of wrecked my body, the loose skin around my stomach and a prior surgery scar is unfortunate - considering doing Morpheus 8 to improve but on the fence.
13 months pp, 1 c section, however minimal ab separation. Gained 65-75 over each pregnancy.

Currently on maintenance.

Syringe disposal

I just tried to drop off a couple sharps containers at shoppers and they said they don’t dispose of them anymore?

So where are we able to responsibly dispose of them?

Instead of flowers this year for Mother’s Day, I was thinking of getting my MIL a platter of oysters. Do any places in Edmonton do this? I’m looking for strictly pick up and take home vs eat in. Picture of what I’m looking for.
