In Season 1 i could 'plunder' Escorts much higher level than me, now i cant even defeat 300k power Escorts, even though i am 1.2 million power

I am coming from Google Play games. I am used to zooming in and out in games using mouse wheel.
Unless there is a way to bind zooming to scroll wheel i might have to deleted LD Player and go back to that resource hungry Google Play games

So i have that Advanced pack that autohelps.
I know it works because when i come online in the morning i see i have already help 30+ times while i was asleep.
However, when i am actually playing and doing farming, the Help icon stays(hand holding). I wait and wait and it takes a good 10 minutes or so to work.
Is this normal?
I have played other empire building MMOs and its instant in those games.

Is this a common occurance, like if you die the game thinks you are inept so they teleport you stright to the mission objective. Am i gonna miss out on game content if i die?

Unlike Youtube app or Netflix app, this Z5 app keeps logging out..sometime message popup comes saying account is disconnected because of login on other device (something like that). I am on the 3 month, 1 user subscription pack
Everytime i have to open Z5 app on TV i need to scan the QR on the tv with my phone and wait for OTP.
When i am not home and my family wants to watch highlights, they cant.
I am using LG TV which uses WebOS
Z5 is played only on the TV.. not on PC, not on mobile, just the TV

So apparently checking official data is not a default option
