When are classes starting? Is there any notification given? Or any groups formed?

About the makaut registration there is a field for document upload of registration certificate of last examination. What do we need to upload there? Is it my 12th admit card or is it anything else? Please help

I have submitted yes upgradation form in R1, but if I get a seat in R2 and want upgradation is it the same process? Can anyone please explain the whole R2 --> R3 process. R3 is quite confusing to me
