I felt like the main character, Amy, was too morally superior for my taste. Or was it just the narration by Leslie Howard making that decision through her super giddy voice? I’ve only read one other Freida McFadden book (The Boyfriend), but it didn’t give me the same narration read. I read “The Boyfriend” in my own time instead of listening to the audiobook. I just can’t tell if I really didn’t like Amy from Ward D or the narration.
