Stress Test and Heart Monitor Results

Back in November I had bronchitis and found my BP was high. I went to the dr and was put on BP meds. In mid December I had a sustained heart rate of 185 while just walking my dog at a normal pace. It took the ER 3+ hours to get it under 100. When this happens I feel like I’m going to pass out, very dizzy, faint, spots in my eyes, tingly fingers and lips. Now when I exercise my heart rate goes up but my BP drops.

What is going on?? I suspect POTS because I have literally all the symptoms (purple and cold hands/feet, the heart rate changes upon standing, fatigue, brain fog, shaky, my anxiety has cranked up, fatigue, and I have Crohn’s disease so any gastrointestinal issues I attribute to that) I did also have awful migraines, but I take a monthly shot for them now. My doctor said “POTS is hard to diagnose because everyone thinks they have it”, but at my stress test my heart rate went from 77 sitting to 114 from just standing up and this happens all the time. Any advice? I’m 43f, 5’7.5” tall and 141lbs.

In August of 2024 we moved to a new house and got a dog. Our cat had always been fine with my parent’s dog so I saw no issue with getting one. Our cat (L) tries to follow the dog around and swat and hiss at her constantly- to the point that I keep L upstairs and our dog (C) downstairs during the day. Over the past two years L has been getting progressively worse with using her box. We’ve had her urine, blood, and poo tested several times. At one point they did fine urine crystals but after a course of antibiotics and a chance to ST/OX food they cleared. At first it was just pee occasionally, now it’s both pee and poop. We’ve tried gabapentin and now she’s on her 8th week of Prozac. She has an entire room for her food, 2 uncovered low to the ground litter boxes that are cleaned daily, her toys and a cozy bed. She can go in and out of the room, but the dog cannot get in. The room is 11x12 so it’s not too small.
She’s still pooping and peeing outside of her box in this room. Every time she does it I clean it with an enzyme cleaner and then spray with a kennel cleaner for smell. Her vet said if 1/2 a Prozac a day didn’t work he would send us to a behaviorist. The initial appointment is $500. Is it worth it? What haven’t I done? What will a behaviorist even do?

Help and advice appreciated!
