Help a girl out - husband is deployed and this thing has to pass safety inspection lol

What am I replacing:

1. Windshield wiper stick
2. Windshield wiper motor
3. Something else

Jeep JK - wipers are having issues

1. Mist only works if you hold it down the entire time or the wipers stop mid-swipe
2. Turning on the wipers there is no intermittent setting anymore. Just low or high. And again no final swipe cycle once you turn them off
3. On super fun occasions I’ll turn them on and they just won’t turn off until I turn the car off. Was super great to listen to on the highway after cleaning the windshield
