Destiny is currently in a fight with the Tennessee Holler. If anyone has the twitter reach it would be a great time to provide them with information and resources about his sex crimes, doxxing, and harassment of victims.

A new outlet motivated at the moment to maybe do a piece of how Destiny is poison to the democrats given his behavior over the past 18-24 months could be amazing

The 150k is the statutory liquidated damages which exist so a victim doesn’t have to prove how much financial harm they suffered.

But you can sue for an actual amount of financial harm that you provide some evidence for. This can include career damage and emotional distress. This amount is uncapped you can essentially push for any number here but you’ll have to provide some evidence for it.

Additionally the defendant can be held liable for plaintiffs attorneys fees

As well as punitive damages. So they can be assessed to pay an amount simply to punish them for the egregious behavior.

Destiny likes to say that the most pxie can get is 150k but it would see that’s far from the truth, it’s a half truth meant to present his side as stronger than it is
