Desperately need advice and motivation for the exam

I have never been more stressed, sad, and angry in my life.

I have been studying for the exam for a month, average of 4 days a week, 6 hrs a day, and I am already extremely burnt out. I work 2 days a week, and 1 day is for leisure time.

However, The more I study, the more I realize how much I don’t know. I keep forgetting the stuff I memorized.
I have developed frequently headaches, insomnia, and GERD -GERD at 25 years old!!

I am getting more and more discouraged, angry, and uninterested as time goes on. Whenever I sit down to study for the exam, I have extreme anxiety.

I basically need advice/tips/tricks etc for studying, mindset… At this point I feel like it is impossible to pass the exam and I see no point studying. Btw, I was a top student all my life.

(Btw, i do not have anxiety/depression. I have a psychiatrist for ADHD so i am seeing a mental health professional. I am simply burnt out and frustrated with being abused by our system. I had a horrible internship experience, so that added to my frustration)
