Baby doesn’t cry when hungry

STM mom but can’t remember how some of this went with my first. LO is 9.5 weeks old. We follow the Moms on Call Schedule. Baby is a great sleeper. However, I feel like I’m unintentionally starving him? During the night, he will stir or wake and we try to give a pacifier to be sure if it’s just a sleep cycle connection issue or true hunger. That said, he doesn’t hardly ever cry so does that mean he’s not hungry? most of the time he’ll go back to sleep for a couple more hours and then the cycle starts over.. Peds said we do not have to wake him if he’s sleeping since he has been gaining weight fine up to this point. 11lbs 12oz @ 2mo appt. EFF baby. Only eats at most 5oz per feed 5x/ day if he sleeps through the night. But sometimes it’s only 3…I don’t force him to eat more than he wants but again he doesn’t give a lot of hunger cues. I feel like I’m failing with my maternal instincts. And I do not that we are extremely extremely lucky with a baby that sleeps through the night I just can’t help but feel that maybe I’m missing something…

Weaning/ Clogged Duct?

HELP! 8 days ago I discontinued my breastfeeding journey. I had been weaning maybe a week prior to where I wasn’t nursing or pumping for 6 hours at a time. But then I went cold turkey. Wore cabbage leaves basically nonstop for 3 days until the engorgement wore off. But I still have lumps in my lower breast area and will occasionally still find myself leaking at random times. No redness or pain(yet). I’m not sure if these are clogged ducts or just a normal part of the process? I thought by now the milk would’ve all be reabsorbed by my body. Afraid this is going to turn into ANOTHER bout of mastitis 😭 am I overthinking or should I call my Dr?
