xbox 360 account disappeared and wont download onto my series x
i am trying to play my copy of silent hill 2+3 hd collection on my series x model xbox. ive never had this issue before. when i first opened the game and subsequently the 360 menu i noticed my profile and saves were just gone and this is the only error screen i keep getting when i try to download it. i have checked my connection and its fine, power cycled my xbox, deleted my local 360 cache, changed my port number and nothing has worked. i dont have 2FA on, and despite i keep getting this exact same error. i checked the servers and they are working fine, i believe i might've lost all my save files and im kinda devastated by this and can't find anyway to fix it so i can play some of my favorite video games again. has someone else dealt with this before? what am i supposed to do???
