Jelly Star (Android 13) – Bluetooth pairings and Accessibility permissions keep resetting

I've had my Jelly Star for about 3-4 weeks and I'm seeing two related issues that make me think the device isn't persisting system settings correctly:

1. Bluetooth pairings reset randomly – my Garmin Fenix 6S Pro loses its pairing multiple times a day with no obvious trigger (not tied to restarts or screen lock).
2. Accessibility permissions get revoked automatically – apps like Minimalist Phone and Block Site lose their Accessibility access repeatedly.

What I've tried:

• Disabled all options under App Blocker (Boot blocker, Start blocker, Background cleanup)
• Disabled Adaptive Battery
• Full factory reset → restored from backup → problem persists on both fronts

Importantly: I previously owned a Jelly Star bought directly from Unihertz (likely different firmware), and had zero issues with the same apps and the same Garmin watch. So I don't think this is a general compatibility issue.

Has anyone seen this? Is there a firmware version known to have this problem, or anything else worth trying before I send it back under warranty?
