Doing alright but I can’t tell anyone around me
I pretend to be broke and have never told anyone of my actual financial state but at least I can tell the internet anonymously. 30M, $70k/yr income, work about 30-35 hr/wk, low stress and flexible job. Hit 100k a couple years ago and kept going.
Have a house, 2 cars, one rental property, 12 month emergency fund, no debts other than the mortgages. Low expenses so I put away about $33k/yr between my retirement fund, Roth IRA, emergency fund, etc.
Unfortunately I have 3 expensive hobbies that have held me back from faster growth but I’ve managed to fund them comfortably while still putting away a 45%+ of my gross. But that’s life, you have to enjoy it a little.
