How to bring home car from FB marketplace in different area

I’m looking at buying a 2012 Mazda3 for ~$4000 off of FB marketplace. I live in a really small town about 3 hours from a major city in VA (where the car is being sold). If I go and pick it up, how does that work with transferring the title? If the buyer has her license plates on it do I need to have them taken off? Should I take it to the DMV in the big city or drive it home the 3 hours and go to my local DMV? I’m not 100% I’m going to buy it until I see it and test drive it. I have Progressive auto insurance and want to see the car on a Saturday. Would I be able to call after seeing the car to add it to my insurance or would I need to call before—and if I have to call before, how would I do that if I’m not 100% sure I’ll be getting it?

Alternate to MedSchoolBro

Hi sorry idk if this is the correct tag, but does anyone know a resource similar to MedSchoolBro but more reliable? I’ve been looking at MedSchoolBro MCAT study guide. I obviously know it isn’t a good source to use alone but I enjoy the visuals and the memorization tools like pneumonics it gives. That being said, I’ve seen some people say that it isn’t that good and just a tiny detail of one of the chemical structures not being perfectly in line from the preview makes me also a little skeptical. So again, I’m wondering if anyone is aware of a similar study guide with lots of visuals and a much simplified book that contains a brief reference for everything all in one place but that is more reliable. If not, would it be worth it to just bite the bullet and get MedSchoolBro? Or would it feed me bad information?
