Small 6kg haul to Croatia

Hello everyone, welcome to my first haul review. I have shipped a few hauls in the past 6 months and decided to make a review this time. This one was pretty small, it was about 6kg, it took 15 day to get to my house and I paid 80eur for express shipping on tax free line.

12 months of gentle consistent movement and balanced eating healed my toxic relationship with my body

I abandoned crash diets and harsh workout rules, built sustainable small habits, and learned to view my body with kindness instead of criticism.

For years I chased extreme restrictive diets and punishing workout schedules out of self-hatred. Any small deviation from rigid rules triggered intense guilt, and I’d quit entirely for months after falling short of impossible standards. I viewed exercise as punishment for eating “imperfect” meals, not care for myself.

I threw away strict calorie trackers and rigid workout timetables. I focused only on daily light movement I actually enjoyed, and allowed myself full freedom with food without labeling meals as “good” or “bad.” Progress moved slowly, with no dramatic overnight transformation.

After a full year, my relationship with my body is unrecognizable. I don’t exercise to fix perceived flaws; I move my body to feel energized and grounded. I no longer spiral into shame after enjoying food I love. Self-care beats harsh self-discipline every single time.

Has anyone else recovered from toxic diet culture and harsh body judgment? What shift in mindset helped you the most?
